My culinary journey began in Germany, where I started cooking at the age of 11 before beginning my professional chef apprenticeship.

Over more than 26 years, my career has taken me through Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Seychelles, Dubai, China and Australia, working in luxury hotels, restaurants and large-scale culinary operations. Along the way, I’ve led international kitchen teams, cooked for world-renowned guests and sporting teams, and experienced an incredible variety of cuisines, cultures and ingredients.

Today, I’m based in Perth, bringing those experiences together through private dining, hands-on culinary experiences and consulting.

For me, food has always been about more than what is on the plate. It’s about craft, culture, connection and sharing knowledge - values that continue to shape everything I create.
